This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
"Controller" means you (the customer). "Processor" means us (Cookie-Consent.ai).
2. Processing of Data
We process data only on your documented instructions. The nature of processing is limited to scanning cookies and storing consent logs.
3. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
